I'm a 17 year old girl i'm about 5'5" and I weigh about 125lbs. i'm lightly active during the summer, but during the school year i'm in show choir so I get a workout about 3 times a week. How many calories should I be consuming?
I'm not doing this to lose weight i'm doing this to watch what I eat. I've been eating too much junk food and I need to start eating healthier.
